Terms and Conditions

  1. Your Contract – Your contract is with Lacock Photography.
  2. Confirmation of order –  Confirmation of joining Lacock Photography Members’ Club (the Club) is automatic when joining online.  If the Club is joined by another means, e.g. by telephone or email or in person, confirmation of joining will be sent by email.
  3. Privacy – We do not store Members’ credit or debit card details or bank account/sort code details.

We do retain Members’ names and email address as we need these for communication as part of the service. We may use the names and email addresses of Members to provide information on Club activities and benefits. We will not pass Members’ email address on to any other organisation for any purpose whatsoever.

  1. Cancellation by you

If for any reason you wish to cancel your membership of the Club, you may do so without notice or giving a reason.  Once notice is given, by whatever means, no further subscriptions will be levied and the ongoing subscription arrangement terminated.
